Le chant d’Emma Sun Ska est multilingue et ses paroles constituent un hommage à « la mère donneuse de toute vie ». Le titre sortira évidemment sur Soulbeats Records, label reggae, soul/funk indépendant qui travaille chaque jour à la défense d’une musique libre, indépendante et métissée.

Description: Promotional single for appearance "en concert a l'Olympia les 6, 7 et 8 mars 1991", with two versions of "Ndoungou". Some copies include printed insert (29.6 cm x 21.0 cm). The shorter track is an edit of the longer one. The studio version of "Ndoungou" was originally released on Salam. This single version is similar to the live version on Sounké, and the musicians credited are the same, but there are no audience sounds and there are other differences. This version appears to be a rehearsal or alternate studio recording, and is otherwise unreleased.

Description: Singles released in relation to Live Paris-Ziguinchor. "É'mma" on each of these singles is a unique version similar to the live version. According to the book Touré Kunda by Steinberg and Desouches, the 7" single version was re-recorded in October 1984. The 7" single version of "É'mma" also appeared on the compilation album Tropic Tonic No. 2 (see Touré Kunda: Other Releases). The 12" single version of "É'mma" also appeared on a bonus 12" single (CEL 707) included with the UK album release of Live Paris-Ziguinchor (see Touré Kunda: Studio & Live Albums) and on the compilation album New Africa (see Touré Kunda: Other Releases).
